Hesham is a Neuro-Semantics Trainer and Meta-Coach with over 10 years of solid experience in the educational, training, and life-coaching sector in the MENA region, co-founder of Vigor Flow and Mind-Swish, public speaker and writer. Based in Neuro-Semantics and Applied Self-Actualization Psychology, Hesham has delivered, and developed state-of-the-art training programs to world class organizations as well as the public sector. He also co-found and took part in projects related to social change and promoting open dialogue and collaboration between diverse human groups in Egypt, as well as human skill development in Egyptian communities with its various social and economic levels.

Hesham’s focus is on helping people learn how to discover and use their mental-emotional capacities to suspend limitations, access their best inner resources, and mobilize it in the form of skill, behavior, and performance. In a simple way that is relevant to their immediate context.
