The certificate consists of 3 different modules: Basic Selling Skills, Basic Marketing Skills and Advanced Marketing Skills that will help the participants acquire the essential skills required in the marketplace. Module 1: Basic Selling Skills: - Apply the personal selling skills - Demonstrate common defaults in sales team - Practice the appropriate customer handling techniques - Use phone effectively during sales as one of its tools - Apply the handling objection process Module 2: Basic Marketing Skills: - Identify the concepts and marketing roles - Use different tools for various market segmentations - Discuss hot to design a promising marketing plan Module 3: Advanced Marketing Skills: - Analyze market opportunities and threats - Develop advanced marketing strategies - Demonstrate strategic partnership with key customers Certificate Co-Branded Certificate from the Egyptian Banking Institute (Central Bank of Egypt) and the Future University in Egypt’s Department of Continuing Education. The certificate is approved and signed by the Minister of the Central Bank of Egypt.
