Based on Gordon’s systematic physiological training methodologies; we offer this program area is to extend the opportunity to youth to attain self-development needs that make them more productive, effective human beings. The programs offered have similar objectives, but differ in content and activities according to the age group that is being targeted. The first is the Young Leaders Program (YLP) is designed to cater for the needs of youth aged 12-15 years of age; the second is the Youth Effectiveness Training (YET.) program that caters for 16 - 18 years of age. The main aim of both programs is to develop insight, awareness observation as well as the skills needed to enhance healthy personal growth. Parents of youth who have taken, the other or both of these programs attest for the notable difference in their sons and daughters as a result of the programs.
