Course Description

The course details the key skills required by a team leader or member. Topics covered are team-building, team management, and the individual’s roles within the team, communication and problem solving methods. Techniques with regard to practical applications within a team structure will also be demonstrated to provide the opportunity to develop skills and practice techniques. Trainees will be able to determine what great teams actually do to achieve great results and plan actions that will make them work together as well as with others. An understanding of learning styles and the way it contributes to team effectiveness as well as share ideas and techniques that make a team strong is also covered.
