Human Resources (HR) is primarily concerned with the management of people within organizations by focusing on policies and on systems to maximize their performance. The HR departments in organizations undertake a number of activities, including recruitment, selection, training, development, compensation, rewarding, appraisal… etc. The aim of this course is to provide participants with the fundamentals of HR Management practices in today’s organizations. It also introduces the change in the traditional HR role of control and compliance to the leading-edge role of strategic planning.
