Course Description

The course covers the fundamentals of applying the management planning and control techniques on the construction of engineering projects. The Construction Management potentials cover all of the following project elements: project evaluation, contracting documentation, executive plans, and time schedules, indicators of performance, project budget, and control.

By the end of the course, the participant will be able to:
