Course Description

The course covers many techniques used in practice for the structural restoration of concrete buildings. The course starts by reviewing the traditional symptoms indicating damage in one or more elements of the structure and moves on to include the selection of the appropriate technique/s for building restoration among different alternatives is comprehensively illustrated; the outlines of the analysis and design of restoration process is clearly demonstrated. The course also covers the principles of cost analysis via the future liengineeringime of the building.
