Course Description

That course introduces the different psychometric analysis in use in the market and its historical development in the HR practices, while highlighting the scientific basis in that practice. By going through that course the participants will be able to understand the limitation of such practice and its benefit in a better job fit within their respective organization. A practical workshop will be organized in order to touch the possibility of building a tailored psychometric analysis system tailored for that specific industry and organization linked to their goals and objectives, that enable that organization to reach their strategic goals and positioning in the market with all its challenges.
