Course Description

This course introduces a methodology that can be followed by any company of any size to design and build its own data warehouse and data marts in order to apply the Business Intelligence (BI) techniques. These in turn make efficiently and effectively help in the management of the business processes to support tactical and strategic decisions made by top management. Moreover, BI tools are also included. The course develops an understanding of the BI tools and the different applications of such tools.
